Return and Refund Policy
LA Sports Cards
Effective Date: May 24, 2026
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
1. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
1.1 All purchases made through lasportscards.com or at our Burbank, California physical location are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, buyer's remorse, duplicate purchase, or dissatisfaction with secondary market value changes.
1.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and that you have reviewed the product listing, condition description, and images prior to purchase.
1.3 This policy applies to all products, including:
- TCG singles
- Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and sealed sets
- Sports cards (raw and graded)
- Accessories
- Any other items offered for sale through LA Sports Cards
2. SEALED PRODUCT
2.1 All sealed product — including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and sealed sets — is FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
2.2 LA Sports Cards does not guarantee pack weight, pull rates, or specific card contents of any sealed product.
2.3 Once sealed product has left our possession, we are not responsible for any perceived or actual defects in factory sealing, pack contents, or print quality.
3. GRADED CARDS
3.1 All graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company) are sold AS-GRADED and are FINAL SALE.
3.2 LA Sports Cards does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that a grading company's assigned grade will be upheld upon re-submission or cross-grade. Grade results are the sole determination of the respective grading company.
3.3 Any disagreement with a card's assigned grade must be directed to the grading company that issued the grade, not to LA Sports Cards.
4. RAW (UNGRADED) CARDS
4.1 All raw cards are sold in the condition described in the product listing and are FINAL SALE.
4.2 LA Sports Cards grades raw cards using industry-standard condition terminology (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged). Condition descriptions are provided in good faith and represent our best assessment at the time of listing.
4.3 Minor, subjective differences in condition interpretation between buyer and seller do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.
5. ERRONEOUS OR INCORRECT ORDERS
5.1 In the rare event that LA Sports Cards ships an item that is materially and objectively different from what was ordered (e.g., a completely different card was sent), the customer must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at Lasportscards@yahoo.com with photographic evidence.
5.2 LA Sports Cards will investigate the claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a store credit or replacement item of equal value. This is not a guarantee of a refund or return, and is provided as a goodwill accommodation only.
5.3 Failure to notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery forfeits any claim related to an incorrect item.
6. DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
6.1 LA Sports Cards takes great care in packaging all orders with appropriate protective materials (sleeves, toploaders, card savers, bubble mailers, or boxes based on order value).
6.2 Once an order has been accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other), risk of loss and damage transfers to the buyer.
6.3 LA Sports Cards is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier during transit. Buyers must file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.
6.4 LA Sports Cards will provide reasonable assistance (packaging receipts, photos, or order documentation) to support a carrier damage claim upon written request.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
7.1 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase covered by this All Sales Final policy — without first contacting LA Sports Cards and allowing a good-faith resolution period — is a violation of these terms.
7.2 Any fraudulent chargeback will result in: (a) permanent ban from purchasing at LA Sports Cards, both online and in-store; (b) reporting to relevant payment processors; and (c) possible legal action to recover damages, fees, and costs.
7.3 If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us at Lasportscards@yahoo.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
8. CALIFORNIA LAW COMPLIANCE
8.1 This policy is designed to comply with applicable California consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and the California Civil Code.
8.2 Nothing in this policy is intended to, nor shall it, waive any rights a consumer may have under applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
8.3 If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
