If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and refrain from placing any order.

1.2   Your agreement to these Terms constitutes a binding legal contract between you and LA Sports Cards ("we," "us," or "our"), enforceable under the laws of the State of California. This agreement is made in accordance with the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (California Civil Code §§ 1633.1–1633.17), which recognizes electronic contracts and signatures as legally valid and enforceable to the same extent as written agreements.

1.3   LA Sports Cards reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4   These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2.1   To use this Website and/or place an order with LA Sports Cards, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Website or make purchases with the express consent, supervision, and authorization of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2.2   You must be a legal resident of the United States or possess a valid United States shipping address in order to place an order through the Website. International orders may be accommodated at LA Sports Cards' sole and absolute discretion, as further described in Section 6 (Shipping).

2.3   LA Sports Cards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any person or entity for any reason not prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to prior violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or history of payment disputes.

2.4   Any account created through fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means — including the use of false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of age — will be subject to immediate termination. LA Sports Cards reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in connection with fraudulent account activity.

3.1   LA Sports Cards offers for sale a variety of trading card game (TCG) singles, sealed product, booster boxes, booster packs, complete sets, and sports cards in both raw (ungraded) and professionally graded formats. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3.2   LA Sports Cards makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe all products listed on the Website, including card name, set, edition, condition, and relevant identifying characteristics. However, due to the nature of collectible cards — including natural printing variations, holo patterns, and age-related characteristics — minor variations between the listing image and the actual product may exist. Such minor variations do not constitute a material misrepresentation.

3.3   Product images are provided for illustrative and representational purposes. Unless a listing explicitly states that the image depicts the exact card being sold (as is typical for higher-value or one-of-a-kind items), stock or representative images may be used. LA Sports Cards will endeavor to use accurate representative imagery.

3.4   Graded cards are sold as-graded. The condition rating displayed for any graded card reflects the grade assigned by the applicable professional grading company, including but not limited to Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), Sportscard Guaranty Corporation (SGC), and others. LA Sports Cards adopts the grading company's assessment as the authoritative condition rating for graded cards and does not independently re-grade such items.

3.5   LA Sports Cards is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product listings, including errors in price, description, image, or availability. LA Sports Cards reserves the right to correct any such errors and to cancel any order placed in connection with an inaccurate listing, with full refund issued to the Customer. Notice of cancellation and refund will be provided via the email address on file.

4.1   All product prices displayed on the Website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). LA Sports Cards does not accept foreign currency, and all transactions are processed in USD.

4.2   Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete and submit your order. LA Sports Cards is not obligated to honor prices displayed prior to a price change if an order has not yet been placed and confirmed.

4.3   In the event an order is placed at a price that was listed in error, LA Sports Cards reserves the right to cancel such order regardless of whether an order confirmation has been sent. The Customer will be notified promptly and issued a full refund. LA Sports Cards' obligation in such circumstances is limited to the refund of any amounts paid.

4.4   Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to addresses within the State of California, calculated in accordance with applicable California state and local tax law. Customers purchasing from other states may be subject to applicable use tax obligations under their respective state laws; LA Sports Cards makes no representations as to the tax obligations of out-of-state customers.

4.5   Price matching may be offered at LA Sports Cards' sole and absolute discretion. Requests for price matching do not create an obligation on the part of LA Sports Cards to match any competing price. LA Sports Cards reserves the right to approve or deny any price match request without explanation.

5.1   Orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received, subject to inventory availability. Placement of an order does not guarantee fulfillment; all orders are subject to review and acceptance by LA Sports Cards.

5.2   An order confirmation email sent upon submission of your order constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your order by LA Sports Cards. A binding agreement for the sale of goods is formed only upon the shipment of the ordered items and issuance of a shipping confirmation.

5.3   LA Sports Cards reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, concerns about payment validity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. Customers whose orders are canceled will be notified via email and issued a full refund of any amounts paid.

5.4   Standard order processing time is typically one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of a confirmed order. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federally recognized holidays and any days on which LA Sports Cards is closed for business. Processing times may vary during peak periods, sales events, or due to circumstances outside LA Sports Cards' control.

5.5   Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information — including shipping address, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and current at the time of purchase. LA Sports Cards is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

6.1   LA Sports Cards ships orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx). Unless a Customer specifies a preferred carrier at the time of checkout (where such option is available), carrier selection is at the sole discretion of LA Sports Cards based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and cost efficiency.

6.2   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, package dimensions, and the destination address. Quoted shipping rates are estimates and are subject to carrier adjustments; any material discrepancy will be communicated to the Customer prior to shipment.

6.3   LA Sports Cards ships domestically to addresses within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not offered as a standard service and may be accommodated only at LA Sports Cards' sole discretion, with shipping rates and terms to be quoted separately and agreed upon prior to shipment.

6.4   LA Sports Cards is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, national emergencies, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond LA Sports Cards' reasonable control. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guarantees.

6.5   Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the applicable carrier. Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, LA Sports Cards' responsibility for the physical item is discharged.

6.6   Tracking information will be provided to the Customer via email upon shipment. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment status through the carrier's tracking portal.

6.7   In the event a package is reported lost or damaged in transit, the Customer must file a claim directly with the applicable carrier. LA Sports Cards will make reasonable good-faith efforts to assist in the claims process by providing documentation, photographs, and other supporting information as available. However, LA Sports Cards shall not be liable for carrier errors, losses, or damages after transfer of risk of loss pursuant to Section 6.5.

6.8   All cards are packaged with reasonable care appropriate to their value and condition. Packaging standards include, but are not limited to: protective sleeves, toploaders or card savers, team bags, bubble wrap, and bubble mailers or rigid boxes selected based on the nature and value of the order. LA Sports Cards takes pride in secure, collector-appropriate packaging for every shipment.

7.1   LA Sports Cards accepts returns within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery for items that are materially and significantly not as described in the listing. "Significantly not as described" means a material discrepancy in card identity, condition, or authenticity that goes beyond minor subjective grading differences.

7.2   Before returning any item, the Customer must contact LA Sports Cards at lasportscards@yahoo.com to initiate the return process and obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the Customer's expense.

7.3   All returned items must be shipped back in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received. Items that show signs of damage, alteration, tampering, or additional wear not present at the time of original delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

7.4   The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes all risk of loss during return transit, unless the return is the direct result of an error made by LA Sports Cards (e.g., wrong item shipped, item materially not as described). In cases where LA Sports Cards is at fault, return shipping costs will be reimbursed or a prepaid return label will be provided.

7.5   Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. LA Sports Cards will notify the Customer by email when the refund has been processed. The timing of the actual credit to the Customer's account is subject to the policies of the Customer's financial institution.

7.6   FINAL SALE — SEALED PRODUCT: All sealed product, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and sealed complete sets, is sold as FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in the case of items received by the Customer in a demonstrably damaged condition or in cases where the wrong sealed product was shipped.

7.7   FINAL SALE — GRADED CARDS: All professionally graded cards are sold as FINAL SALE. Returns of graded cards will only be accepted in the event that the specific card received is materially and objectively different from the card described or depicted in the listing (e.g., wrong card, wrong grade label, wrong grading company). Minor differences in perceived eye appeal, centering within a grade, or subgrades do not constitute grounds for return.

7.8   LA Sports Cards does not accept returns on any item that has been altered, handled beyond reasonable inspection, or that exhibits damage, marks, or evidence of tampering not present at the time of original sale and shipment.

8.1   LA Sports Cards purchases TCG singles and sports cards from members of the public. Trading card games accepted include, but are not limited to: Pokémon, and One Piece. Sports cards accepted include cards from major professional sports leagues and relevant collectible sports card releases.

8.2   All individuals seeking to sell cards to LA Sports Cards must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of transaction. Sellers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must also present valid identification and authorize the transaction.

8.3   All items offered for purchase by LA Sports Cards are subject to authentication, condition verification, and valuation review at LA Sports Cards' sole discretion. LA Sports Cards reserves the right to refuse the purchase of any item at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.

8.4   Buy prices quoted by LA Sports Cards are valid only at the time of the offer and are subject to change without notice. Market fluctuations, recent sales data, and current inventory levels may affect buy prices at any time. LA Sports Cards is not obligated to honor a previously quoted buy price if the transaction is not completed at the time of the original offer.

8.5   By selling items to LA Sports Cards, the Seller represents and warrants that: (a) they are the lawful owner of all items offered for sale and have full legal authority to sell such items; (b) the items are free and clear of any liens, encumbrances, or security interests; (c) the items are not stolen, counterfeit, tampered with, or otherwise illegally obtained; and (d) the items do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

8.6   LA Sports Cards is not liable for identifying counterfeit items that are beyond the scope of reasonable visual inspection and standard authentication methods. However, LA Sports Cards will make commercially reasonable efforts to authenticate all items using available tools and expertise. If a purchased item is later identified as counterfeit, LA Sports Cards reserves all legal remedies against the Seller.

8.7   Payment for items purchased from customers will be made via store credit, business check, cash, or electronic transfer (as applicable and agreed upon at the time of the transaction and under certain situations). The method of payment will be determined at the point of sale and agreed upon by both parties prior to completion of the transaction.

8.8   LA Sports Cards operates in full compliance with all applicable California laws and regulations governing secondhand dealers and/or pawnbrokers, including but not limited to applicable recordkeeping, reporting, and holding period requirements under California Business and Professions Code §§ 21625–21647 and related statutes, as applicable to the nature of each transaction.

9.1   LA Sports Cards uses the following industry-standard condition grades for raw (ungraded) cards. These definitions represent LA Sports Cards' good-faith interpretation of each grade and are provided for the Customer's reference:

9.2   For professionally graded cards, the grade assigned by the applicable grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or other) is the authoritative and controlling condition rating. LA Sports Cards does not override, supplement, or dispute grades assigned by professional grading services.

10.1   LA Sports Cards deals exclusively in trading cards (TCG and sports cards) and card-related accessories. LA Sports Cards does not purchase, trade, authenticate, consign, or appraise sports memorabilia of any kind.

10.2   Sports memorabilia subject to this policy includes, without limitation: autographed jerseys, helmets, bats, balls, gloves, photographs, framed prints, pennants, bobbleheads, trophies, programs, and any other signed or unsigned physical merchandise not constituting a trading card.

10.3   Any memorabilia offered for purchase or consignment to LA Sports Cards will be respectfully declined. LA Sports Cards staff are not trained memorabilia appraisers and are not qualified to authenticate, evaluate, or provide opinions on the value of memorabilia items.

10.4   LA Sports Cards is not responsible for any representations made regarding memorabilia items, and nothing in these Terms or on the Website should be construed as an offer to buy, sell, or appraise memorabilia.

11.1   LA Sports Cards operates a physical retail location in Burbank, California as well as a Glenoaks location. Current store hours are posted on the Website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Posted hours are subject to change for holidays, special events, private appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.

11.2   LA Sports Cards strongly recommends that customers confirm current store hours by checking the Website or contacting the store directly via email prior to visiting. LA Sports Cards is not responsible for inconvenience resulting from a customer's failure to verify current hours before visiting the physical location.

11.3   Online orders through the Website may be placed at any time, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, order processing, customer service responses, and shipment preparation occur only during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

12.1   Customers may create an account on the LA Sports Cards Shopify storefront to facilitate order management, track purchase history, and manage personal preferences. Account creation is optional; guest checkout may be available at LA Sports Cards' discretion.

12.2   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

12.3   You must notify LA Sports Cards immediately at lasportscards@yahoo.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. LA Sports Cards will take reasonable steps to address reported security concerns; however, LA Sports Cards is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

12.4   LA Sports Cards reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, associated with fraudulent activity, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Website and service.

12.5   Account data, including personal information collected during registration and purchase, is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with LA Sports Cards' Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and made a part of these Terms by reference.

13.1   By using this Website and LA Sports Cards' services, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

13.2   Violation of any prohibition set forth in this Section may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders, reporting to applicable law enforcement authorities, and/or pursuit of civil legal remedies available to LA Sports Cards.

14.1   All content appearing on lasportscards.com, including but not limited to the LA Sports Cards name, logo, trade dress, text, product descriptions, photography, graphic designs, layout, and all other original materials, is the exclusive property of LA Sports Cards or its authorized licensors and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

14.2   No content on the Website may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of LA Sports Cards. Unauthorized use of LA Sports Cards' intellectual property constitutes infringement and may subject the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability.

14.3   Certain third-party card images, set names, character names, and product designations appearing on the Website — including but not limited to Pokémon (The Pokémon Company International), Magic: The Gathering (Wizards of the Coast), One Piece (Bandai), Disney Lorcana (Ravensburger), and Dragon Ball Super Card Game (Bandai) — are the intellectual property of their respective owners. LA Sports Cards uses such names and images solely for descriptive, informational, and identification purposes in connection with the lawful sale of genuine products. Such use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship of LA Sports Cards by the respective intellectual property owners.

14.4   If you believe that any content on the Website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact LA Sports Cards at lasportscards@yahoo.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

15.1   THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY LA SPORTS CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

15.2   LA Sports Cards does not warrant that the Website will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. LA Sports Cards does not warrant that the results of using the Website will meet your requirements.

15.3   LA Sports Cards makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the investment value, future market value, appreciation potential, liquidity, or collectability of any card or product sold. Trading cards are collectible items whose market values are subject to significant fluctuation based on factors entirely outside LA Sports Cards' control, including but not limited to game meta changes, new set releases, professional sports performance, and secondary market demand. LA Sports Cards is not responsible for any decline in value of items following purchase.

15.4   LA Sports Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in partnership with any card manufacturer, professional grading company, or sports organization unless such a relationship is explicitly and prominently stated on the Website.

16.1   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CALIFORNIA LAW, LA SPORTS CARDS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE; (B) ANY PURCHASE OF, OR TRANSACTION RELATING TO, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY LA SPORTS CARDS; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THESE TERMS — EVEN IF LA SPORTS CARDS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

16.2   In the event that LA Sports Cards is found liable to you for any claim arising from or related to a specific transaction, LA Sports Cards' total cumulative liability for such claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to LA Sports Cards for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.

16.3   Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. To the extent such restrictions apply in your jurisdiction, some of the exclusions and limitations set forth in this Section and in Section 15 may not apply to you, and LA Sports Cards' liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in such jurisdiction.

17.1   These Terms of Service, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or to the use of the Website or purchase of any product, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

17.2   The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to any transaction or agreement governed by these Terms.

17.3   By using this Website or transacting with LA Sports Cards, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 18, and you waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

18.1   Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact LA Sports Cards at lasportscards@yahoo.com and provide a written description of the dispute, your requested resolution, and your contact information. You agree to allow LA Sports Cards thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of your notice to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct communication. This informal resolution step is a condition precedent to filing any formal claim, except as provided in Section 18.4.

18.2   Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution does not result in an agreed resolution within thirty (30) days, any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with LA Sports Cards shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in connection with arbitration, except as otherwise required by the AAA Rules or applicable law.

18.3   Small Claims Court. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party retains the right to pursue an individual claim in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California, provided the claim falls within the court's then-current jurisdictional dollar limits and procedural requirements.

18.4   Class Action Waiver. YOU AND LA SPORTS CARDS EACH EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING. Neither you nor LA Sports Cards may join or consolidate claims with those of any other person or entity, unless both parties agree in writing.

18.5   Equitable Relief Exception. Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement in Section 18.2, either party may seek injunctive, declaratory, or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction — without first engaging in informal resolution or arbitration — solely for claims involving: (a) actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights; (b) unauthorized access to or disclosure of confidential information; or (c) other circumstances where monetary damages would be demonstrably inadequate.

19.2   LA Sports Cards endeavors to respond to all email inquiries within one (1) to two (2) business days. Response times may be longer during peak periods, sale events, or holidays. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number and a clear description of your inquiry in your initial message.

20.1   Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such invalidity or unenforceability.

20.2   Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service, together with LA Sports Cards' Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and LA Sports Cards with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

20.3   Waiver. The failure of LA Sports Cards to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of LA Sports Cards' right to enforce such right or provision on any other occasion. No waiver by LA Sports Cards of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or any other provision.

20.4   Assignment. LA Sports Cards may assign, transfer, or delegate any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, without notice to or consent from you. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior express written consent of LA Sports Cards. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section is null and void.

20.5   Force Majeure. LA Sports Cards shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or interruption of service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, government action or regulation, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power outages, internet service interruptions, or carrier failures. In any such event, LA Sports Cards' obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and LA Sports Cards shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as promptly as practicable.

20.6   Headings. Section headings used in these Terms are for organizational reference and convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision herein.

20.7   Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and LA Sports Cards. You have no authority to make or accept any offer or representation on behalf of LA Sports Cards.
