1. Overview

LA Sports Cards is committed to getting your order packaged securely and shipped promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our handling times, carriers, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and related information.

By placing an order on lasportscards.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Order Handling Time
2.1
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of order placement and payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2.2
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on a federal holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
2.3
During periods of high order volume (e.g., new set releases, holidays, or major sales events), handling times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2.4
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.
3. Shipping Carrier & Method
3.1
LA Sports Cards ships all domestic orders via UPS Ground Saver.
3.2
UPS Ground Saver is a cost-effective domestic ground service. Deliveries are made to residential and commercial addresses throughout the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
3.3
LA Sports Cards does not currently offer expedited, overnight, or priority shipping options through our online store. All orders ship via UPS Ground Saver only.
3.4
We do not ship via USPS or FedEx for standard online orders.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
4.1
UPS Ground Saver transit times vary by destination. From our Burbank, California shipping origin, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

These are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4.3
LA Sports Cards is not responsible for carrier delays. Once a package is in UPS's possession, transit times are governed by UPS.
5. Shipping Rates
5.1
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination address.
5.2
Shipping rates are determined by UPS and are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
5.3
LA Sports Cards does not mark up shipping rates; you pay the carrier rate as calculated at checkout.
5.4
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly communicated on the website and applied automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met.
6. Packaging & Card Protection
6.1
LA Sports Cards takes card protection seriously. Every order is packaged with appropriate protective materials based on the item(s) ordered:

Singles (raw): Placed in a penny sleeve and toploader or card saver, secured with painter's tape, and padded within the mailer.

High-value singles: Double-sleeved, placed in a premium toploader or card saver, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped in a rigid mailer or small box.

Graded cards (slabs): Wrapped in bubble wrap or foam padding and shipped in a rigid box to prevent slab cracking.

Sealed product (packs, boxes): Shipped in an appropriately sized box with void fill to prevent shifting during transit.
6.2
LA Sports Cards will not ship cards in plain envelopes or without rigid protection, regardless of order value.
7. Order Tracking
7.1
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been scanned by UPS at pickup.
7.2
You can track your package at ups.com or through the UPS mobile app using the tracking number provided.
7.3
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become active in UPS's system.
8. Risk of Loss
8.1
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our tender of the package to UPS.
8.2
Once your order is in UPS's possession, LA Sports Cards is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
8.3
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please: (a) check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations; (b) wait 24 hours, as carrier scans can occasionally be premature; and (c) contact UPS directly to file a trace or missing package claim.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
9.1
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of the damage before opening the package further.
9.2
All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with UPS by the recipient. LA Sports Cards will provide supporting documentation (proof of packaging, weight, declared value) upon request to assist with your claim.
9.3
For lost packages (no delivery scan after the expected delivery window has passed), please contact UPS to initiate a trace investigation. LA Sports Cards will cooperate with UPS's investigation process.
9.4
LA Sports Cards is not liable for package loss or damage that occurs after the package has been accepted by UPS. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.
10. Address Accuracy
10.1
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LA Sports Cards is not responsible for packages delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
10.2
If an order is returned to us by UPS due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
10.3
Address changes after an order has been placed may not be possible once the order has been processed. Contact us as soon as possible at Lasportscards@yahoo.com if you need to update a shipping address.
11. P.O. Boxes
11.1
UPS Ground Saver does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
11.2
Orders placed with a P.O. Box as the shipping address may be delayed or canceled. We will contact you to request a valid street address before shipment.
12. Local Pickup
12.1
Local pickup may be available at our Burbank, California location for select orders. Contact us at Lasportscars@yahoo.com before placing your order if you wish to arrange local pickup.
12.2
Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification that the order is ready. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation.
